Contributions to Ottawa Impact Education PAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes as charitable contributions. Michigan law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain, maintain and report the name, address, occupation and employer of each contributor who gives more than $100 in an election cycle. Contributions are prohibited from the treasuries of corporations, labor unions, federal government contractors, and foreign nationals without permanent residency status.
